We can organise to deliver in house training for groups in either our venue or yours, day or night 7 days a week. There is no minimum however as a general rule of thumb, 10 is a good minimum to start with but we can do less or more.

    RSA Information

    SITHFAB021 – Provide responsible service of alcohol.

    This course is available as a 1 day theory course onsite, at your school or as an online course where students can complete at their own pace.

    • This is a 1 day theory course with an assessment at the conclusion.
    • Successful completion of this course is required by law for anyone working on licensed premises and where alcohol is served in accordance with the NSW Liquor Act 2007.
    • The RSA teaches the student their legal responsibilities when serving alcohol as a bar attendant, or working around its delivery or management using strategies for preventing underage drinking, preventing intoxication and alcohol abuse.

    Any venue that has gaming machines will require you to have the RCG competency.

    RCG Information

    SITHGAM022 – Provide responsible gambling services.

    • Successful completion of this course is required by law for anyone working on licensed premises where poker machines exist in a gaming room or area.
    • The RCG teaches the student the dangers of gambling and the legal responsibilities of the gaming attendant if approached by a gambler requiring help whilst working at a venue.
    • This course also covers areas such as statutory signage requirements, gambling inducements, player prizes, reward schemes, cash and cheque dispensing, minors (including evidence of age), responsible & problem gambling, responding to potential problem gamblers, Self-Exclusion & counselling.
