This package of courses is suited to those who have existing bar skills, or have no need of skills for general hospitality work. Suitable for glassies, general duties and general food and beverage attendants or people with skills who are re-entering the industry.
Adding some skills based training such as bar skills will extend job opportunities for most entry level people seeking work.
RSA and RCG are the two primary qualifications required by the (almost total) majority of hotels and clubs.These are legal requirements to work in and around alcohol and gaming. Both of these qualifications are approved by the Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing
